Homeowners’ Association

To protect the investment of all residents of Assiniboine Landing, the Assiniboine Landing Homeowners’ Association (“ALHA”) has been formed. All property owners within Assiniboine Landing receive a membership in ALHA, thus allowing them to participate in ensuring that the quality, standards and requirements detailed in the Community Development Guidelines are maintained over the longer term.

The ALHA will be managed and funded by the Developer until all development has been completed. Then Qualico will assist the members of ALHA in assuming management of the organization.

The main objective of the ALHA will be to offer guidance on the Assiniboine Landing Design Process and Architectural Standards, and to ensure on-going compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions which protect the quality, character and property values of the community.
